 Inter-organizational panels
consists of employees in an organization, categorized into databases according to their location in the hierarchical structure, allowing for the survey of attitudes (satisfied workers, welfare, organizational climate, etc) and the collection of more complex responses on employee performance (supervisory assessment, co-worker evaluation, appraising the surroundings – 360 degrees). In accordance to the need, the organization can expand the panel to its business environment – suppliers, customers and consumers, whether it is for ISO requirements, or sensors for locating the need to improve the ability to respond to a changing dynamic environment.
